Our Holiday cookies only come around once a year! To make these limited-edition cookies even more special, try topping your Lenny & Larry's Complete Peppermint Chocolate cookie with a peppermint buttercream for a sweet twist. Here is our easy recipe:
- 2 sticks vegan butter
- 1 tsp peppermint extract
- 2 1/2 cups of organic powdered sugar, shifted
- Add in butter, peppermint extract, and powdered sugar in a stand mixer. Beat for about 5 minutes until you get a smooth and thick mixture.
- If mixture is too thick, add a few drops of non-dairy milk.
- Top your Lenny & Larry's Complete Peppermint Chocolate cookie with the peppermint buttercream frosting. Add in a few sprinkles, peppermint candy, etc!
