General Product Information

Vegan Products

Our Complete Cookies, Complete Crunchy Cookies, Complete Cremes, and Keto Cookies are 100% plant-based, making them the go-to cookies for vegans! We believe in cruelty-free goodness, so our recipes don’t use any dairy, eggs or any animal-products, including honey. This applies to all our offerings across the board – except for the discontinued Muscle Brownies, which weren’t vegan since they contained whey.

Dietary Fiber

Lenny & Larry’s offers protein-packed and fiber-enriched plant-based products to give all our consumers delicious ways to increase their dietary fiber. According to the American Heart Association, eating at least 25 to 30 grams of fiber a day is important for health, based on a 2,000 calorie diet for adults. But on average, only an estimated 20% of Americans get enough fiber in their diet.

Our bodies need to gradually adjust to a high fiber diet, just like building muscle by regularly exercising over time. During this adjustment period, you may experience some discomfort caused by dietary fiber, which feeds the good bacteria in your digestive system. Other common symptoms include bloating and excessive passing of gas. 

The timeline of discomfort varies from person to person, but they should go away within 5 to 7 days. Before changing up your diet, we highly recommend consulting your physician for questions about your suggested fiber intake.


Although our Complete Cookies, Complete Crunchy Cookies, and Complete Cremes aren’t gluten-free, we've created something extra something special for all our gluten-free fans! We’re proud to introduce you to our new Keto Cookies – these tasty treats are low in carbs, rich in protein, and 100% free of grains.


Our Complete Cookies, Complete Crunchy Cookies, Complete Cremes, and Keto Cookies are made with Non-GMO ingredients. When you check product labels on brands, make sure to look for the "Non-GMO Project Verified" seal on the packaging and product pages.

Fair Trade

We believe in ethics and supporting our partnered farmers. That’s why our cocoa trusted suppliers practice Fair Trade laws so we can always conduct business with good intentions!

Palm Oil

We use sustainable sources to cultivate and manufacture this ingredient, and we’re proudly certified by the RSPO (RoundTable on Sustainable Palm Oil). 


Our cookies give you a small dose of essential vitamins like Calcium, Iron, and Potassium in every serving. The amount varies per flavor, so be sure to check the back of our bags for more info.

Cane Sugar

We use a special kind of process for our cane sugar, so we don’t use bone char to produce them. Our Complete Cookies, Complete Cremes, and Crunchy Complete Cookies are 100% vegan, so we make sure our ingredients are made with sustainable and efficient practices.

Product Storage

Our delicious cookies have a long shelf life to five you the best value for your money! If they’re left in their original packaging and stored properly, they can be kept in the freezer for up to 6 months. 


We work with multiple bakery partners. A number of these businesses use the same equipment to process other traditional baked goods on their production lines which could contain common allergens. 

As part of company protocol, our bakeries follow the standard HACCP guidelines to prevent cross-contamination. Each bakery cleans the production line and equipment thoroughly between processing products to make sure we deliver on our brand promise of avoiding allergens.

We work closely with our cookie manufacturers, and all of them Kosher Certified. The production lines are overseen on site to reassure that the rules are being followed. However, since some production lines aren’t designated to Lenny & Larry’s, the best we can do is minimize the potential for cross-contamination at all costs.

Discontinued Products

As of January 2020, The Muscle Muffin® and Muscle Brownies have been officially discontinued. We’re all about innovation and creating new amazing products for our customers! We’ll definitely be adding more stuff to our impressive roster of goodies to meet the growing demand for plant-based snacks.

B2B (Business-To-Business)

Unfortunately, we are not accepting any new B2B accounts at this time. To reactivate your B2B account, please email Kindly take note of the following guidelines for your B2B account:

  • B2B accounts may not be able to purchase certain products such as our Assorted or Power Packs.

  • B2B accounts must complete an order once every 90 days to remain active.

  • If a B2B account does not complete an order within 90 days, the account will automatically be changed to a B2C (Business-To-Consumer) account.

Our Cookies for Your Company (CFYC) program is available for any company, school, or organization that wants to provide its employees with our products. Any product purchased through our CFYC program won’t be available for resale. To apply for a CFYC account, please sign up here!

Order Process

Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order. Simply enter the discount code after clicking on the orange “Add discount code” button during the checkout process. Take note that you can also use a discount code in combination with your Lenny & Larry’s Cash!

There may be times where a product may not be purchased with a discount code. In case this happens, you’ll see a red message on the product page that says "Excluded from promo." We suggest making sure that the discount code is valid before completing orders to avoid any errors.

Lenny & Larry’s Cash

Lenny & Larry’s Cash works exactly like money during checkout. Whether you want to use a portion or all of your Lenny & Larry’s Cash, simply click on the orange “Use Lenny & Larry’s Cash” button during checkout. Make sure you only do this after choosing your shipping option (if you would like to pay for shipping fees as well).

If your order is cancelled, any Lenny & Larry’s Cash you’ve used will be returned back to your account quickly. To check how much Lenny & Larry’s Cash is in your account, just log in and access "My Account".

Shipping Address Error

Our system could show an error if you enter a shipping address that isn’t validated by USPS. This is most likely to occur for locations in rural areas. If you see a valid address error, we recommend that you try shipping to an alternate address that can be validated by USPS.

If you don’t have an alternate address, please email to ask for help. Note that we won’t ship to P.O. Boxes or college dorms.

Cancel An Order

How To Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order any time, but only before it gets shipped from our warehouse. Unfortunately, once we have shipped your package, you will no longer be able to cancel. To cancel your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Click on "View" next to the order that you would like to cancel.

  3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button.

  4. You should see a confirmation of your cancelled order.

Claims, Replacements, or Exchanges

30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Every time you order directly from, you'll receive the freshest Lenny & Larry's products available. We guarantee that our products will be shipped to you in excellent condition, free of any defects from the baking process. Otherwise, we’ll be happy to replace the product free of charge within 30 days of your purchase.

**If you find any physical damage to the packaging/product due to mishandling during shipping, you must submit a claim within 2 days of receiving your order.

**Please keep all products and packaging untouched, since we may ask you to ship all defective products back to us for further inspection. If you can’t complete this exchange for any reason, your claim has a chance of getting denied.

Unfortunately, any products purchased from a retailer, third party E-commerce site, or distributor can only be returned or exchanged where you purchased them. We don’t guarantee that they have the same policies as we do, so ordering directly from our site is your best bet for reassurance!

Shipping Details

Free Shipping

Free shipping only applies to orders using the UPS Ground option, so it doesn’t apply to 2-3 Day shipping options. Here’s what you need to do to receive FREE shipping:

  1. Place your online order worth $55 or more (after discount and excluding tax).

  2. Ship to an address within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, P.O. Boxes are excluded).

  3. Wait for your shipment to arrive within 1 to 5 business days after processing.

*Processing for all shipments takes between 1 to 2 business days.

**Orders under 9 pounds may be shipped with UPS SurePost (additional 1-2 Business Days compared to UPS Ground).

Shipping & Handling Timelines

All our in-stock products are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping times will vary based on location, but the standard is one week. If you’re in a rush, feel free to order ahead of time!

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any P.O. boxes at the moment. If this changes, we’ll definitely announce it in the future!

APO, FPO, or DPO Addresses

We can ship all products to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Just remember that standard shipping fees apply depending on your location.

UPS Access Point

Your package may be sent to the nearest UPS Access Point for security reasons or after the first delivery attempt. After one failed delivery, you’ll have 7 days to pick it up before it’s automatically sent back to us. Please check your Tracking Link to see the status of your package. 

Packages that get returned to our warehouse can be reshipped to customers, but with added shipping costs.

UPS SurePost

UPS SurePost is an option we use for orders weighing under 9 pounds. Using this service, your package is delivered by UPS or the customer's local post office. If for any reason the package is undeliverable, it will be held at the local post office where customers can pick it up with a valid ID. 

Packages can only be held at the local post office for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse. Keep in mind that customers must pay to reship a returned package!

Incorrect Address

Lenny & Larry's is not responsible for any lost packages that are incorrectly addressed due to errors from our customers’ end. We generate our all shipping labels from the information each customer provides. So, if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (wrong zip code / missing apartment / suite / office number / name) and your package is lost, Lenny & Larry won't be held responsible. 

If you enter your address incorrectly on our website and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you’ll have to be charged a minimum UPS fee of $13.90 to cover the rerouting costs. UPS fuel surcharge fees may also apply and the total amount charged will vary depending on the actual distance that the package is rerouted to.

If you’ve typed in the incorrect address for your order, we highly recommend that you cancel your order immediately by logging into your account. Then, just place your order again using the correct address. Once your package is processed and shipped, we sadly can’t make any more modifications to your shipment. 

International Shipping

Currently, we only offer international shipping options to Canada. But if you’re located outside of the United States or Canada, we’ll be happy to help by connecting you with one of our trusted international partners! If you’re interested, please complete your order through one of our international vendors or email us directly at

Brokerage fees for Canadian orders are already included in the shipping costs. Take note that your shipment(s) may be subjected to local clearance procedures before delivery.

For some outlying areas in Canada, your package(s) may be sent directly to a UPS Access Point instead of your address. If this is the case, you’ll get notified immediately via email or phone. Once the package arrives at the UPS Access Point, you’ll have only 5 days to pick up your package(s) before they are considered "refused" by the customer and returned back to Lenny & Larry's. 

In cases where the product is sent back to us, a full refund will be issued to you minus the total shipping cost to send and return the product back to our facilities. However, if the total shipping cost is equal to or greater than the total order amount itself, we won’t be able to issue you a refund.
