Vegan Products
Our Complete Cookies are all Vegan (no dairy or egg) but our Muscle Muffins and Muscle Brownies both contain whey (not vegan).
Our Complete Cookies and Muscle Muffins are made with Non-GMO ingredients and our palm oil is made from renewable sources. The Muscle Brownie is not currently GMO free.
Serving Sizes
Each 4oz Complete Cookie contains 2 servings. Each 2oz Complete Cookie is one serving.
Type of Protein
Our Complete Cookies are made with plant-based protein. Our Muscle Muffins and Muscle Brownies both contain whey protein.

Cookies for Your Company
Our Cookies for Your Company (CFYC) program is for any company, school, or organization that wishes to provide its employees with our products. Any product purchased through our CFYC program is not available for resale.

The minimum order for all CFYC accounts is 2 boxes.

The discounts are as follows:
  • 2-6 boxes: 15% Off
  • 7+ boxes: 20% Off

Order Process

Discount Codes
Only one discount code may be used per order. During checkout, you may enter the discount code after clicking on the orange “Add discount code” button. Please note that you may use a discount code in conjunction with Lenny & Larry’s Cash.

There may be times where a product may not be purchased with a discount code. In cases like this, you will see a red message on the product page that says "Excluded from promo."

Customers are responsible for making sure that the discount code is inputted and valid before completing their orders.
Lenny & Larry’s Cash
Lenny & Larry’s Cash works just like cash during checkout. To use part or all of your Lenny & Larry’s Cash, click on the orange “Use Lenny & Larry’s Cash” button during checkout AFTER choosing your shipping option (if you would like to pay for shipping fees as well).

If an order is cancelled, any Lenny & Larry’s Cash used will be returned back to your account.

You can check how much Lenny & Larry’s Cash is in your account by logging into your account and accessing "My Account".
Shipping Address Error
Our system will show an error if you enter a shipping address that is not validated by USPS. This mostly pertains to locations in rural areas. If you see a valid address error, we recommend that you try shipping to an alternate address that can be validated by USPS.

Free Shipping
Free shipping only applies to orders using the UPS Ground option. It does not apply to 2-3 Day shipping options.

To receive FREE shipping:
  1. Place your online order of $55 or more (after discount, excluding tax)
  2. Ship to an address within the United States (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, P.O. Boxes excluded)
  3. Your shipment should arrive within 1-5 Business Days after Processing
  4. Orders under 9 pounds may be shipped with UPS SurePost (additional 1-2 Business Days compared to UPS Ground)

Shipping & Handling Time
All in-stock products generally ship 24-48 hours after the order is placed.
P.O. Boxes
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any P.O. Box.
APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
We can ship all products except Muscle Muffins to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Standard shipping fees apply.
Muscle Muffin Orders
To ensure freshness, all Muscle Muffin orders using Ground shipping are shipped out on Mondays. Orders on Monday must be completed by Noon PST to be shipped out the same day.
UPS Access Point
Your package may be sent to the nearest UPS Access Point for security reasons or after the 1st delivery attempt. You will have 7 days to pick it up before it is automatically sent back to us. Please check your Tracking Link to see the status of your package. Returned packages to our warehouse can only be reshipped to customers with added shipping costs.
UPS SurePost
UPS SurePost is a service we may use for orders under 9 pounds. Using this service, the package is delivered by UPS or the customer's local post office. If for any reason the package is undeliverable, it will be held at the local post office where customers can pick it up with a valid ID. Packages can only be held at the local post office for 7 days before being returned to our warehouse. Customers must pay to reship a returned package.
Incorrect Address
Lenny & Larry's is not responsible for any lost package that is incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name) and your package is lost, Lenny & Larry's is not responsible. If you enter your address incorrectly on our website and need it re-routed by UPS to the correct address, you will be charged a minimum UPS fee of $13.90 to cover the rerouting costs. UPS fuel surcharge fees may also apply and the total amount charged will vary depending on the actual distance that the package is rerouted.

If you have inputted the incorrect address on your order, CANCEL your order immediately by logging into your account. Then, place your order again using the correct address. Once your package is processed and shipped, we cannot make any more modifications to your shipment. 
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer international shipping to Canada. If you are located outside of the United States and Canada, please complete your order through one of our International vendors or email us at We can connect you with one of our incredible international partners.

Brokerage fees for Canadian orders are already included in the shipping fee. Your shipment(s) may be subject to local clearance procedures. 

For some outlying areas in Canada, your package(s) may be sent directly to a UPS Access Point instead of your address. You will be notified of this by email or phone. Once the package arrives at the UPS Access Point, you will have 5 days to pick up your package(s) before they are considered "refused" by the customer and returned back to Lenny & Larry's. In cases where the product is sent back to us, a full refund can be issued to you minus the total shipping cost to send and return the product back to us. In cases where the total shipping cost equals or exceeds the total order amount, a refund will not be issued.

When you order directly from, you will receive the freshest Lenny & Larry's products available, ensuring superior quality. 
We guarantee that our products will ship to you in excellent condition, free from any defects derived from the baking process or we will replace the product free of charge within 30 days of purchase.

**If you find physical damage to the packaging/product due to mishandling during the shipping process, you must submit a claim within 2 days of receiving your order.

To create a claim, please email us at and include:
  1. Your order/invoice number
  2. Contact information
  3. Description of defective product
  4. Product flavor, type and size 
  5. Image of the actual product without wrapper
  6. Image of the "Best By" date stamp on the wrapper ( or "Mfr. Date" for Muffins)
  7. Image of packaging
  8. Image of shipping box
  9. Image of invoice
**Please keep all product and packaging as we may ask you to ship all defective product back to us for further inspection. If you cannot complete this exchange for any reason, your claim may be denied.

Our 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee excludes issues relating to personal preference regarding taste or texture.
Purchased at Retailer
Unfortunately, any products purchased from a retailer, third party Ecommerce site, or distributor must be returned or exchanged where purchased. Sorry, no exceptions.
Swag Clothing Exchanges
Sorry, we do not offer any type of return or exchange for clothing or other personal items (swag). Please choose your sizes carefully as we cannot accept any used personal items. When choosing sizes, please be aware that our shirts feature a tailored cut and may run small. When in doubt, we recommend that you choose a larger size.

Cancel Order

How to Cancel
You may cancel your order any time PRIOR to it being shipped from our warehouse.

To cancel your order:
  1. Log in to your Account
  2. Click on "View" next to the order that you would like to cancel
  3. Click on the "Cancel Order" button
  4. You should see a confirmation of your cancelled order
