Product Return Policy/Product Guarantee

We want you to buy with confidence anytime you purchase products from Lenny & Larry’s. We guarantee all products free from defect and guarantee the product fresh up to the date on the package. If for any reason there is a problem with products purchased from Lenny & Larry’s, let us know immediately and we will decide at that time whether to have the product returned or destroyed. Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal.

Shipping
The Lenny & Larry’s Store can ship to virtually any address in the United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you live on a military base, we are happy to ship via USPS to your FPO Address.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs for LennyLarry.com orders depend on the method and option you choose.
  • More than $100 - Free ground shipping (limited time only)
  • All other shipping fees are determined by product costs and weight.

Shipping Options
Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding the following holidays:
  • January 1 - New Year's Day
  • May 26 - Memorial Day
  • July 4 - Independence Day
  • September 1 - Labor Day
  • November 27 - Thanksgiving
  • November 28 - The Day After Thanksgiving
  • December 24 - Christmas Eve
  • December 25 - Christmas Day

Standard Orders
All orders will be delivered within 7 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Priority Orders
Priority orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Overnight Orders
Overnight orders will be delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays according to the following:
  • Orders placed before 12 pm EST will be delivered the next day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm EST will be delivered in 2 business days.
  • Orders placed Friday, at 12 pm EST or after, through Monday, 12 pm EST, will be delivered on Tuesday.

No Signature Required
All orders placed through the Lenny & Larry’s Store are shipped with no signature required. If you want your order to only be released with a signature, please place your order over the phone with our customer service department at 1-800-536-6952.

Returning an Order
If your shipment arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please call 1-800-536-6952 for replacement or appropriate credit and instructions for return of the product. Please note we cannot handle store-purchased product. The customer service representatives will need your order number, so have it ready when you call.
Credit or refunds will be issued once we have received the returned product. A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns. Call 1-800-536-6952 and our customer service representatives will provide you with instructions for return of the original product. Priority or next-day air shipping charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Refunds may take 4 weeks to process.

Canceling an Order
Orders may only be cancelled before 2 pm EST the same day the order was placed. Call 1-800-536-6952 for assistance.
