All baked items are shipped by UPS or delivered by a Lenny & Larry representative. Since we use no preservatives, we recommend that you freeze our power muffins immediately after receiving and thaw before eating. If you really want to send your taste buds into a frenzy, try heating our baked products just before eating 'em. The Power Muffins do have a seven day shelf life without freezing them.

Our Complete Vegan Cookies have a eight-week shelf life and can also be frozen if you want to stock up.

Our Power Pops, a Kosher, Fat-Free Caramel Corn, have a one year shelf life. You can order both original (maple) or our butter toffee flavors in individual 2.25 oz. serving size bags.
